At Akpowertech Electrical Services, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which services or products may be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

1. Services

  • Service Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our electrical services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review your concern and, if valid, provide a free re-service or adjustment.

  • Refunds for services are only applicable in cases where the issue cannot be resolved after re-service.

2. Products (If Supplied)

  • Products such as electrical parts, fittings, or equipment supplied by Akpowertech are eligible for return or replacement only if:

    • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

    • The product does not match the order specifications.

  • Returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized electrical solutions or special order products.

  • Services already delivered and accepted by the customer.

  • Issues arising from customer misuse, negligence, or third-party interference.

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, card, etc.).
