Service appointments will be confirmed through call, email, or SMS before the scheduled time.
2. Product Shipping (If Applicable)
Products such as electrical equipment, parts, or fittings purchased through Akpowertech will be shipped within 2โ7 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customerโs location and product availability.
Customers will receive a tracking ID (if courier service is used) to monitor delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
Local service visits may include a minimal service call fee (if applicable).
Product shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch.
Free delivery may be offered on select products or orders above a certain value.
4. Delays
We strive to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to:
Unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, transport issues).
Product unavailability or supplier delays.
In such cases, customers will be informed promptly.
5. Damaged or Wrong Products
If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
